How We Work

The first step is to call us to set up your initial appointment. Please allow a minimum of 4 months before you wish to have your project completed (six months is preferred, and even more if the project encompasses your entire home). If the project involves all new construction or requires extensive remodeling, is it recommended that you contact us as soon as you have plans from your architect, designer or builder. There is no fee for your first consultation of approximately one to two hours. At the initial meeting the designer will evaluate the space and explore your needs and desires in order to develop conceptual preliminary plans and a few different floor plan options. After that stage, a preliminary budget will be provided to you. Should you wish to proceed further, a design retainer fee will be required. However, when you purchase your cabinetry from Artisan Kitchens LLC., your retainer fee will be applied 100% toward your project's final cost.
